1. A booking request submitted through the website is preliminary and does not become confirmed until availability and pricing have been reviewed and the customer has been contacted. 2. The driver must meet the approved minimum age requirement and hold a valid driving licence and valid identification documents. 3. Prices, deposit requirements, and included mileage are subject to the selected vehicle, rental duration, and the offer approved at confirmation. 4. The renter is responsible for traffic fines, road tolls, additional charges, and damage not covered by insurance, in accordance with the rental agreement. 5. The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time, location, condition, and fuel level stated in the rental agreement. 6. The company may reject or cancel a request before confirmation if the vehicle is unavailable or rental requirements are not met. 7. The final signed rental agreement is the primary reference for all financial and operational rights and obligations.
